From a curriculum point of view, some of the outcomes relating to the completion of Courses can be identified. In a cumulative fashion, and within the scope and purpose of each Course, students should be able to increasingly do the following:
- Demonstrate that they have some of the essential skills required to be a leader in the church, particularly the ability to disciple and nurture others.
- Demonstrate that they have a sound working knowledge of the Christian message, an ability to communicate and defend it, and the skills needed to engage in the continuing study of it.
- Demonstrate that they have the means for personal spiritual growth and development.
- Demonstrate that they have an understanding of the church and its ministries.
