Specialized Training Certificates are 'short courses' with a specific focus, training and emphasis. These options are available to those who prefer to undertake courses of a shorter, and more specialized, duration rather than the lengthier full Bible College courses listed above.
Sometimes local Church pastors direct their leaders and potential leaders towards such short-course programs with the aim of building certain leadership and biblical skills. The exercise can help raise staff, leadership, and committed church members to higher levels of effectiveness and impact. These short courses are designed to 'end' after its completion, however, it is usually possible to 'bridge' into a Diploma should the student wish to do further studies. Below are two examples of the specialised courses:
